I've moved from Germany to New Zealand in 1989, initially working as an Outbound travel consultant and started my first tour guiding assignment in the summer of 1990. Since then, I've done many tours for various operators as well as having worked in other areas, such as Inbound travel, tutoring Tourism & Travel at Christchurch Polytechnic level and authoring motoring books.
